“The Home Depot offers (FREE) Kids Workshops on the first Saturday of each month. Attending this workshop is usually something Gavin and his grandpa do together—it is fun and even better—it usually involves glue and a hammer. Gavin very proudly wears his kid-sized apron adorned with his workshop pins. He has earned a pin for every workshop he has completed. So far, he has made a planter, a pencil box, a desk organizer and a stock car. I cherish all of these and decorate my house with them! If you have never been to one of these workshops, I high recommend them. Bring your kids, nephews, nieces or your grandkids. The projects are fun, the store employees are delightful and every time we go, we come home with a child that exclaims: “Look, I made this!” Julie B. (Lenoxville, Pennsylvania)
